Middle School 2024/2025 14U

Youth 2026/2027    12U

Youth 2028/2029.  10U

After evaluating participation numbers at each age level throughout our past three seasons, we believe this is the best format moving forward. We believe this model will sustain the positive growth of LSL while supporting individual player development. Heading into our fourth year, we have a much better read on tournament selection in order to provide a great experience for our players.

Our High School Division will be led by Coach Steve Koudelka, University of Lynchburg. He will serve as the Director of these teams and will facilitate practices and tournament planning/communication. We have a host of high school and college coaches, in addition to college players, that will serve as the staff for these teams. See below. We will continue the policy of not interfering with any teams in the state playoffs.

Due to the quality of our High School teams and their likely playoff schedules, we are changing our approach to summer. We will be playing one tournament early NoVa shootout on June 20th -21st. Then pausing to let the boys enjoy a little summer with camps, clinics, and showcases. Coming back together for the UNC Team Camp in July 24-27. This is an overnight team camp where the boys will get looks by some of the top Coaches around, and we as Lynchburg Select will be able to showcase our growing talent base.

The Middle School/Youth Division will be led by Addison Lineberry, LSL Director.

10U goes to

Virginia State Cup June 6th/7th "Hooville"

Summer Celebration in Williamsburg June 20th.

The cost will be 200.00 plus a uniform fee of 75.00

12U & 14U go to:

Virginia State Cup June 6th/7th, "Hooville"

Summer Exposure in Annapolis June 13th/14th

Youth practices will begin in Mid April on Sundays and carry through the end of rec season. There will be no practice on Mother's Day or Memorial Day Weekend.

Heading into year four, we have found the best tournaments that suit our needs as a program. It is our goal to practice and coach in an environment that makes each player improve during his time with LSL. We are committed to growing lacrosse in our backyard and are fortunate to have such a great group of coaches committed to this endeavor.

Lynchburg Select Indoor at the University of Lynchburg is an opportunity for youth lacrosse (grades 2-8) players to improve their stick skills, condition, and increase their lacrosse IQ.  We will be playing in an enclosed space the size of a basketball court with boards up which will afford opportunities for continuous play and close quarters forcing spacial recognition and quick decisions.  These sessions will be age and skill appropriate in a highly controlled environment.
